ArianeCorp has a policy to provide products and services of a quality that meets the initial and continuing needs and expectations of customers. ArianeCorp's basic operating philosophy is to concentrate on prevention and to make the process of quality improvement a way of life. We hold ISO 9002 certification for the manufacture of LCD and LCD Modules since 1994 and 1996 respectively. The certification is upgraded to ISO9000:2000 in 2003. In addition, Labis plant is Underwriters Laboratory (UL) accredited manufacturing facility. A quality management system is adopted in our manufacturing facilities, which entails the following:-
- A program to maintain a list of qualified suppliers, through First Article Approval of materials is carried out before they are put in use.
Statistical Process Control System is in place to monitor critical process parameters and quality characteristics of equipment. Adherence to periodical internal quality auditing and preventive action programs provide opportunities for improvements in quality management system.
Process qualification shall be conducted before any special process is adopted for production.
Various qualification tests for pre-production and production units to verify life span, mechanical, humidity and temperature performance of the products.
- Reliability tests are conducted on individual manufacturing lots in production.
